LGL 250 - Family Law 3 Credit(s) Analyzes the legal, ethical and social aspects of family law issues. Introduces concepts concerning the legal relationships of marriage and analyzes premarital and post-marital issues as they relate to children, custody, support and property rights. Presents the legal, ethical and practical considerations involved in marital and non-marital relationships and examines the institutions and programs affecting the marital partners, children and other affected individuals.
