This course introduces criminology theory and practice in a cross-cultural perspective as well as the causes and effects of crime, the theoretical explanations to crime and crime patterns, the social contexts of crime, issues faced in family violence, hate crimes, white-collar crimes and human behaviors that affect crime and its consequences.
