CRJ 100 - Introduction to Criminal Justice

This course serves as an overview of the criminal justice system in the United States. Students will be introduced to institutions, individuals, and the mechanics of the criminal justice system, along with the constitutional and statutory frameworks as they relate to criminal justice issues. Students will examine the basic operation of this system as well as the structural and procedural changes that have occured over recent years. Lecture Hours: 48
