Designed for students who have never had algebra or who have a weak background in pre-algebra skills. Reviews some basic arithmetic using an algebra emphasis and introduces basic algebra concepts. Topics include fractions, decimals, ratios and proportions, percents, geometry concepts of perimeter, area and volume, integers, exponents, algebraic expressions, simple equations, graphing of ordered pairs and linear equations.
