NET 269 - CCNA Routing and Switching: Connecting Networks

The fourth of four courses leading to the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) designation. Course discusses the WAN technologies and network services required by converged applications in a complex network. Students are enabled to understand the selection criteria of network devices and WAN technologies to meet network requirements and will learn how to configure and trouble shoot network devices, resolve common issues with data link protocols and develop the knowledge and skills needed to implement IPSec and virtual private network (VPN) operations in a complex network. Prerequisite(s): NET 266 , NET 267 , NET 268  must be passed with a minimum grade of C- to progress in the Computer Technology major and all Cisco class requirements must be met to progress through the Cisco class sequence
