PSY 121 - Developmental Psychology

An introductory course in human growth and development throughout the life span. The developmental stages include prenatal, infancy/toddlerhood, early and middle childhood, adolescence, early, middle and late adulthood and death, dying and bereavement. Human development looks at the physical, cognitive, social and emotional aspects of development at each developmental stage. Embedded in each stage are the theories and theorists of each aspect of development. Lecture Hours: 48 | Lab Hours: 0
