ECE 133 - Child Health, Safety, and Nutrition 3 Credit(s) Addresses the interrelationship of health, safety and nutrition to the growth and development of young children. Based on the preventive health concept, emphasis given to nutrient composition of foods, the relationship of nutrients to growth, motor, cognitive and emotional development.
